Within a 30-minutes session, there normally includes three parts: warm-up, forms-performing and problem-based exercise.
A couple of people asked me about sleeping issues – having difficulty going to sleep and waking up early in the morning. Therefore, this week, I will talk a little about sleeping and we will practice some tips together.
I will start a test zoom session between 1-1:20pm this Thursday so a zoom invitation email will be sent to you around 1pm. Please join me if you are not sure about your device’s work.
